Terms And Conditions


  1. All payments must be made by BACS/CHAPS or by Credit or Debit card. We will not accept cash or cheque as a payment format.
  2. We may sometimes ask new customers for a deposit or full payment prior to job completion. This does not impact your rights to a refund unless in breach of cancellation policy.
  3. Toll and congestion charges will be applied, where applicable.
  4. Any variations to the journey that involves extra time or mileage will be subject to additional charges.
  5. Car parking charges that are necessarily incurred in order to fulfil a booking will be charged at cost except where this cost is incorporated into our Airport Meet & Greet service charge.
  6. All prices are in pounds sterling and exclusive of vat unless otherwise stated.
  7. Payment for account bookings is due within 30 days of the date of invoice.
  8. Where possible, and during a normal operation environment, Alliance Chauffeurs Ltd will endeavour to agree a rate card with the customer that is personalised to their usage.


  1. If a booking is cancelled within 4 hours of the requested pick up time we reserve the right to make full charge for the journey. If however the pick-up location necessitates the car being despatched more than an hour before the pick-up time we again reserve the right to make full charge for the journey.
  2. If a booking is cancelled outside of 4 hours but on the same day, we reserve the right to charge 70% of the booking value.
  3. If a booking is cancelled the working day prior, but after 1700pm, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the booking value.
  4. Any booking changes or cancellations for larger vehicles or long distance will be POA and agreed with the customer.
  5. If the passenger does not appear and make contact with our driver at the booked time and the designated pick-up point, we reserve the right to make full charge for the journey.
  6. Our bookings cancellation policy reflects the availability of the vehicles in our fleet. Upon acceptance of your booking we reserve the availability of the vehicle for you and subsequently refuse all other bookings for that vehicle at that time and on that date.


  1. Alliance Chauffeurs Ltd will not accept bookings made within 6 hours of the required booking time. We request all bookings are made with 24 hours notice (based on working days) where possible. (Therefore weekend bookings would be requested by the previous Thursday and Monday bookings made by the previous Friday. You will not be able to make any bookings online that are inside an 18 hour window of required booking time.) 
  2. All bookings must be requested in writing and by email to info@achub.bo.uk. We will not accept bookings made over the telephone or in person.
  3. We accept most booking types for example, hourly hire, airport transfers, long distance. We do not run a local service for short journeys and have in place a minimum fee to reflect this. We reserve the right to refuse bookings that we do not deem as relevant to the Chauffeured Executive service that we primarily offer.
  4. All prices exclude VAT which will be highlighted upon quotation and billing.
  5. All vehicles will be licensed by the local authority.
  6. All Chauffeur will be licensed by the local authority
  7. We will provide Executive class vehicles including (but not limited to) Mercedes, Lexus, Audi and BMW. Said vehicles will include minimum features of; Leather seating, Rear Privacy Glass, Automatic Gearbox drive, Adequate legroom front and rear, Climate control front and rear and Ambient lighting.
  8. Vehicles will be no more 18 months old when first purchased and added to our fleet.
  9. All drivers will retain appropriate attire to include business suit, shirt and tie.
  10. Chauffeurs will meet you at the earliest opportunity in person to ensure your experience is appropriate to our primary service. For example, inside an Airport Terminal, at a platform inside a station. This is part of the meet and greet service incorporated in our service. (Extra charges may apply for parking etc)
  11. The Chauffeur will collect, load and unload your luggage where appropriate.
  12. All vehicles will be clean inside and out.
  13. Alliance Chauffeurs will endeavour to ensure vehicle(s) arrive at the time and place requested. We cannot however accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical failure, traffic jams, traffic accidents or extreme weather conditions. Nor do we accept responsibility for any consequential loss. Alliance Chauffeurs shall be under no liability whatsoever to the customer for any indirect loss (including loss of profit) suffered by the Customer arising out of a breach by Alliance Chauffeurs of this contract.
  14. The Chauffeur will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Client, in which case Payment clause 3. may apply.
  15. Our vehicle(s) vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and Alliance Chauffeurs Ltd shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
  16. Alliance Chauffeurs Ltd  will keep a lost property book at their office and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted vehicle(s) to the customer.
  17. Alliance Chauffeurs Ltd  and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
  18. Alliance Chauffeurs Ltd  maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
  19. Unless specified at the time of booking, we may not automatically be able to accommodate additional pick-ups or drop-offs for any journey, although every effort will be made to meet such requirement.
  20. If our Chauffeur is asked to wait either at the beginning or during a journey, waiting time is chargeable at our current standard rate.
  21. We do not accept online bookings for wedding journeys. Weddings are a specialist booking and we require that you email the office to discuss and book your wedding journeys.
  22. Non-airport collections: Except for a 15 minute ‘grace’ period waiting charges will apply from the booked time, at our current standard rate. Airport grace collections are set at 30 minutes from the booked time unless notified in advance of delay and subject to additional charges dependent on the notice given by the customer.
  23. If special cleaning of any vehicle is required because it has been left in an unreasonable state by a passenger/client, we reserve the right to charge the cost of cleaning to that passenger/client.
  24. We reserve the right to substitute any vehicle or chauffeur/driver.
  25. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Client’s’ statutory rights.
